The capital 'T' is to declare that the job of trainer in Possibility Management is a formal job placing a person in service of a distilled set of 3-5 Bright Principles, one of which is Transformation (or an aspect of Transformation such as Change, Unfoldment, Potential-Activation, Context-Shift, Evolution, Emergence, Awareness-Increase, Consciousness-Expansion, Matrix-Building, etc.)

The moment you forget which Bright Principles you are serving, you are no longer functioning as a Trainer. Who knows what you are functioning as then... but it is definitely not Trainer.
In the remainder of this website... in the full extent of the StartOver.xyz game bubble-net of websites... in the books, articles, films and webinars... in the entire gameworld of Possibility Management... the term 'Trainer' spelled with the capital 'T' refers to 'a Possibility Management Trainer delivering Bright-Principle Transformation'.
BEING A TRAINER IS ABOUT 'DISTINGUISHING'
Being able to deliver the services of 3-5 Bright Principles originates in experientially distinguishing Bright Principles in your daily life.
This does not merely mean that you understand the concept that such a thing as 'Bright Principles' might possibly exist.
It means that:
you stand in the presence of Bright Principles moment to moment...
you "taste, smell, see, feel, notice" Bright Principles as potentials and in action...
you source the distinction of Bright Principles in your daily life...
you experience yourself being the Space through which Bright Principles do their work in the world and you behave accordingly...
These are precise, measurable conditions, not merely 'new age' jargon.
Just because you are not aware of a particular distinction does not mean that distinction is not seriously influencing your life.
The way you are able to get a new Distinction is by building sufficient Matrix in your Being to discern and hold the refined perceptions coming from the new Distinction. Getting a Distinction changes who you are. You can feel a new Distinction integrate into and transform the shape of your Being. It feels like a Jacob's Ladder toy click-clacking through your existing Inner Structure and rearranging connections in all the levels of your Being's awareness. The Process through which you 'get' a new distinction (or, it 'gets' you...) is a Liquid State in one or more of your 5 Bodies.
If there is no Liquid State you did not get the Distinction. You may have understood the Distinction in your mind and had an intellectual-ecstasy Ah-hah! moment, but an Ah-hah! moment is not a 5 Body Liquid State, and your mind is not your Being. If a Distinction lands only in your mind, your mind can eliminate the differences caused by a new Distinction in less than 3 seconds. Perhaps you already Noticed this...?
BEING A TRAINER IS ABOUT 'BEING'
Modern culture's Standard Human Intelligence Thoughtware (S.H.I.T.) regards 'having' as the highest value. For example, having a college degree or two or three, having fame, success, money, a beautiful wife, a good job, a nice car, an expensive home or two or three... Success in modern industrial culture is focused on what you HAVE. The ideas is that after you have these things, then you can DO what you want, and then you can finally BE happy. Since material resources are limited whoever gets the materials first can HAVE the most. This produces the competitive, 'I win, you lose', materialistic, survival, scarcity gameworlds of modern culture.
The world of a Trainer is turned upside-down from the Values of modern culture. The Trainer world (and also the world of next culture, Archiarchy...) places BEING and BECOMING (Transformation) as the highest Values. Whatever you Have emerges from your Doing which emerges from your Being, but HAVING is the least important. What did Nelson Mandela have? What did Mother Teresa have? What did Mahatma Gandhi have? It was not about what they had, but who they were as Beings that made such a difference.
You become more through the evolution of BEING. How can you know when your Being evolves? It changes shape, which is easy to detect. When your Being changes shape, other people spontaneously give you new kinds of feedback. If you are not receiving new kinds of feedback your Being has not changed shape.
There are many further Authentic Adulthood Initiations that support you to experience yourself as a Being, and to creatively and ecstatically interact with others and the world as a Being.
Being a Trainer starts with being the Space through which your Bright Principles and your Archetypal Lineage can do their work in the world. But actually being the Distinction: 'the space through which Bright Principles can do their work in the world' comes:
and as a way of being your Archetypal Lineage in action, being the Space through which your Archetypal Lineage does its work in the world as your profession.
Where are you along this Path? Between 5 and 6? Maybe you are scattered around?
The Trainer Path never ends, and this long list is not presented here to overwhelm you.
These Trainer qualities are not listed here so that some little voice in you (which at any time you could shoot with your Voice Blaster...) comes out and says, "This is too big. This is impossible. This is too much for me. I will never make it."
No. These Trainer qualities are listed here to celebrate that there exists a Path... a Trainer Path...
These Trainer qualities above are also not listed as a catechism, dogma, doctrine, or rules about 'always' or 'never'.
The concepts of 'always', or 'never', or 'doing it perfectly', or 'right way and wrong way' etc. are false concepts in that they are easy for your mind (and your Gremlin) to imagine and yet have no basis in reality.
Isn't that hilarious? That the mind can imagine easy-to-believe-in things that have no basis in reality?
It makes you re-think your allegiance to a religion, a political system, a government, an army, or a corporate brand, doesn't it?
BEING A TRAINER MEANS 'BEING A SERVANT OF TRAINER-TYPE PRINCIPLES'
The result of being changed by The Thoughtmap Of Possibility is having the decision in each moment of being a slave of Shadow Principles or a servant of Bright Principles.
Which Bright Principles? The Bright Principles you somehow arranged before being born.
We have empirically noticed - that is, we have noticed by direct observation over a period of years and not from theory - that Trainers tend to have certain Trainer-Type Bright Principles in their distilled Destiny.
Typical Trainer Principles include variations on Love, Transformation, and Clarity.
Someone who loves people and loves activating the potential of individuals and organizations through giving them distinctions would eventually find themselves serving as a Trainer.
If your distilled Destiny also includes a variation on the Bright Principle of Possibility (such as Nonlinearity, Invention, Creation, Abundance, Expandedness, Empowerment, Playfulness, etc.) then you may well be attracted to being a Possibility Trainer in the radically responsible context of Possibility Management.
That is when we might be inclined to say something like, "Welcome home."
'BEING A TEACHER' vs. 'BEING A TRAINER'
There is a difference between being a Teacher and being a Trainer. The difference is at the level of Being.
Being a 'Teacher', having 'Students', and the whole procedure for 'going to School' and 'being taught' has a different point of origin, a different approach, purpose, and intention than being a 'Trainer', exploring with 'Participants' in Trainings, and collaboratively experiencing authentic adulthoodinitiatory processes.
A Teacher delivers Content from the already known 'knowledge continent' of the capitalist patriarchal empire.
The highest value in a Teacher / Student gameworld is to understand and to know the 'right' answers. A 'Right' answer is defined as the Teacher's answer to the questions which the Teacher will put on the test. There is one 'right' answer. After you have given the 'right' answer you can stop thinking. Other answers are irrelevant. After the test the answers can be forgotten.
School gameworlds establish the Teacher / Student paradigm, where the Teacher is the one who 'knows'.
The Teacher must also defend their position of authority as 'the one who knows' by making sure that no Student knows more than the Teacher...
The Student is the one who tries to copy and absorb what the Teacher knows.
As a Student you are taught to hold your intellectual body above all other bodies to the degree that you may come to believe that you are your mind, and adopt the catechism, "I think, therefore, I am."
(As an aside, it could be a very sheep-like strategy to continue forcing your children to fit into a system of thinking and doing that is already known to be annihilating life on Earth at the fastest possible rate. In contrast to Teacher / Student / School / Education gameworlds there exist Trainer / Participant / Transformational-Training / Adulthood-Initiation gameworlds.
A Teacher providing more and more Content of already known 'facts', 'dates', and information in Classes so that a Student becomes more and more like the Teacher and fits in to the Teacher's already existing culture.
A Trainer holds and navigates Training spaces that empower clearer and deeper Context of Distinctions, Experiences, Experiments, and Transformational Initiatory Processes so that Participants become more and more themselves and invent previously nonexistent culture.
Teaching gameworlds are about obeying, following, consuming, staying uninitiated (just like the teacher is...) avoiding responsibility, shunning new awareness, and fitting-in to already existing culture.
Training gameworlds are about invention, empowerment, going nonlinear, creative collaboration, exploration, giving away the treasure, expanding awareness, including more responsibility, waking up to more and more adulthood, and creating next culture.
In contrast to the School Context of knowing and understanding, a Training is a Context of Transformation.
In the Training Context there are no Teachers. Instead there are spaceholders, explorers, and facilitators of transformational shifts called initiations. An 'initiation' is any experience after which you have built more matrix and can hold more consciousness which shows up naturally and practically as taking more responsibility. Responsibility is applied consciousness.
The Trainer has no position, status, benefit, power-over, or institutional authority. Every question is allowed, especially blasphemeous questions. The Trainer starts from not-knowing and stays in not-knowing no matter how devastating or uncomfortable it is for their Box. If you as a Trainer try to establish or rely on position, status, benefit, power-over, knowing, or authority, you instantly take yourself - and the space - out of the Trainer gameworld and lock it into the Teacher gameworld. What a pity... there are already many Teacher / Student gameworlds and few Trainer / Collaborator gameworlds.
If you are trying to serve as a Trainer and you still hold the values of a Teacher, such as the value of getting people to understand, the value of transferring ideas and information to people, feeling glad to prove that your students know what you know, the value of getting students to give their center away and bow down to your authority or to the authority of what is already known... The moment you hold these values you will sabotage the sanctuary of Training / Initiatory spaces and you will fail to serve as a Trainer.
None of the Teacher paradigm applies in the Trainer paradigm.
As a Trainer you do not get to be the one who knows. You do not get to be the unspoken authority in the space. You do not get 'tenure' after being a Trainer for a certain number of years.
Some potential Trainers get confused thinking that if you speak about something you have spoken about before, such as 'The Old Thoughtmap Of Feelings' and 'The New Thoughtmap of Feelings', or 'The Hidden Purpose Process', etc., then you 'know what you are speaking about'. This may be the case for a Teacher, but it is never the case for a Possibility Trainer.
Sure, you are in a territory that you have explored before but from-one-moment-to-the-next you are always in new conditions in that territory! Imagine driving down a road that you drove down an hour before as if you are in the same conditions that existed on that part of the road an hour before... you would quickly be dead. You would run over a dog that was not there last time. You would be smashed by the garbage truck that suddenly pulls out of an alley that did not pull out of that alley last time.
Don't be dead in your head! Be alive on the drive! Each word you speak is a new invention. You can tell you are inventing because invention feels like being in love.
You were 'certified to be a Trainer' by ECCO (Earth Coincidence Control Office), not by the Possibilty Management Trainer Guild. If you are delivering Trainings (and not classes) then you are certified by ECCO to be a Trainer.
In a Trainer's life there is no such thing as 'retirement'. ECCO decides if you get to keep your Trainer's License by giving you jobs or not... but a Trainer is always at risk and can always lose their job as a Trainer.
The Trainer profession includes ongoing Transformation. You cannot navigate Transformation from the outside. If you are not in some sort of 5 Body Liquid State now, and now, and now, you won't have the fluidity and weightlessness needed to continue to deftly navigate Transformational processes from the inside, which is the only place they can be accurately navigated. You are also always in the processes.
And... who in the world is sly enough, powerful enough, and fast enough to pull the rug out from under your Gremlin's secretly-secure fear-sponsored positions? Only the radically-responsible Evolutionaries of your Trainer Circle, who would then be classified as your true friends.
The ongoing life of a Trainer is well described by Rogan Taylor's phrase, "The death and resurrection show."
As Swami Prajnanpad said, "You must pay full price."
You do not get to hide out in an authoritarian role because, as a Trainer, there is none.
The Trainer has the status equivalent of a janitor (waschfrau).
In the Terry Pratchett book, Thief of Time, a Trainer is a Sweeper.
As a Trainer there is no hiding out, no excuse, no defense. The human condition is hopeless and it is all your fault. If somebody around you fucks things up, you have not shared enough treasure with them. Clearly if your ego still wants to 'keep face' you won't make it very far as a Trainer.
There is a lot discover in the Transformational professions that is not common knowledge in the Teacher / Student, Corporation / Consumer, Boss / Employee, etc. context of modern culture. In fact, there is no top end of what to discover.
There are many paths up the mountain... but there is no mountain.
BEING A TRAINER MEANS 'BEING AT THE EDGE'
What are Trainers at the edge of?
What is seen (awareness).
What can be taken responsibility for.
What has been discovered.
How someone can create in the new territory (thoughtware limitations).
Their own Box.
The local cultural Boxes.
What is Possible in the next moment.
What is acceptable.
What is known.
What comes next.
One space and another space.
So you, as a Trainer, sit there at the edge, radically responsible, alone, feet dangling over, waiting for your next move, whatever move is required by your Archetypal Lineage, your Bright Principles, your Pearl, or the Earth Coincidence Control Office (ECCO).
Once ECCO discovers you, you may be sitting at the edge far less than you might fear.
After that you'll be dancing at the edge...
BEING A TRAINER MEANS 'BEING LONELY'
There is a difference between emotional loneliness and objective loneliness.
No amount of intimacy can fill the emptiness of emotional loneliness. Emotional loneliness does not come from the Present, so nothing in the Present can remedy emotional loneliness.
No amount of separation can prevent you from shifting out of objective loneliness by authentically connecting in 5 Body intimacies with anyone whenever you want or need to. You can have objective loneliness back any time you want it simply by disconnecting.
A Trainer will often experience objective loneliness because:
Emptiness is your home. The Void is a useful resource for your work. Nothingness is the resource from which you create and the space in which you fly. Perhaps you are most Present in the Void.
You stand at the edge of every gameworld because you need to see both outwards and inwards to provide Clarity and Possibility for the Gameworld. Very few people are Edgeworkers (those who are fed by exploring the edge) so truly 'meeting' someone with resonance is rare.
You are different because your Being is split. You keep one foot inside the gameworld to connect with each and every person in the gameworld, and one foot outside the gameworld so you are not identified and thinking that the gameworld is reality. The split is necessary to do your work and yet it constantly keeps you in a meta-conversation space which is scary for most people because they can neither predict you nor control you.
You are not normal. You have become a force of nature through your direct immediate ongoing access to the Bright Principle of Possibility.You have become the Space through which Bright Principles can do their work in the world.
You are an agent of Transformation, even your own Transformation, because a Trainer lives in the Phoenix Process.
You no longer use Standard Human Intelligence Thoughtware (S.H.I.T.). It has become too painful. This means that without even trying you run circles around the thoughtware used by most everyone you meet or live with.
Low Drama does not interest your Gremlin because he helps you create High Drama. This means you are not actually interested in gossip, news, TV, competition, sports, fashion, latest models, brands, who is running for office, the price of stock options and currencies, etc. because you delight in High Drama gameworlds.
You live in the worlds of extraordinary and Archetypal Love and 5 Body Intimacies. You walk around sourcing extraordinary and Archetypal food for your 5 Bodies. No amount of Rescuing would make you feel better than this. Unless you are doing conscious theater you aren't interested in Rescuers or Persecutors. You are interested in Transformational High Drama collaborators.
The thing is, it doesn't even bother you that you seem to be alone because you don't experience yourself as being alone. You experience yourself as being in intimate connection with an invisible global network of Radically Responsible Transformational Trainers, even if you do not speak with them personally for years.
BEING A TRAINER MEANS 'BEING A TREASURE'
While you are alone, sitting at the cliff's edge in the rainy darkness, you represent an immensely valuable Treasure without even doing anything. You represent the Treasure directly from the radiance of your Being.
Notice that we did not say that you have a Treasure. We said that you are a Treasure. The Treasure is there as much as your Presence is there.
Also notice that it was not claimed that you know or understand the Treasure, or that you are a Certified Treasure Bearer. Both understanding and knowing are remnants of a public school value system that no longer creates a bright future for Gaia on Earth.
You cannot keep it or guard this Treasure. This Treasure is not yours. The great Trainer Paradox, strangely enough, is the opposite. The Paradox is how can you give this Treasure away?
Sometimes you may feel as if you have found the most valuable and accessible Treasure in the world, the Treasure that could bring Heaven to Earth, the Treasure that could stop war and hatred, the Treasure that could initiate men and women into abundant collaborative adulthood overflowing with love, respect, joy and Possiblity... and nobody wants the Treasure. They cannot even see the Treasure.
People cannot imagine that a Treasure exists that grows bigger the more you give it away.
But it is true. This Treasure comes from an unlimited resource so it cannot be copyrighted. It emerges too fast! It is too abundand! The Treasure of Possibility Management must be 'copyleft', which means it cannot be copyrighted.
You represent an open-code thoughtware Treasure. Even if most people you meet do not even know about the Treasure, it belongs to everyone, to the Creative Commons... every last little bit of the Treasure, even the bits you discovered before any of the other Trainers.
In Trainings one often hears the lament, "I have finally found the context I want to live in. Now how can I meet others who want to live in this same context too?"
Finding others to live in the radically responsible context of Possibility Management might take a while. One answer to the question of finding others is to get better at giving the Treasure away to them.
BEING A TRAINER MEANS 'BEING FRIENDS WITH THE VOID'
A Trainer serves Bright Principles through being an agent of Transformation.
This means that if Transformation is not involved, then Training is not happening.
It is part of a Trainer's job to knock/slice/dissolve/vacuum holes in walls of spaces so that participants of that space can shift to another space.
Between one Space and another Space is the Gap Between Spaces. What is in that Gap? Nothing.
If it is not okay for you to enter the Gap Between Spaces personally, viscerally, you will not be able to accompany either individuals or organizations in their Transformational shift processes because between one solid state and another solid state is a Liquid State, often filled with Nothing.
We do not argue with Pema Chodron when she says, "The nature of reality is groundlessness." We simply add the observation that, "Human beings are designed to fly."
The structure which you sometimes think of as holding you up may in fact be holding you down.
The void that you may come to notice at the center of your Being which cannot be filled while standing in front of an open refrigerator also cannot be filled by your partner no matter how much attention they give you. Luckily that void cannot be filled. The Void in you is not a design error. You need an intimate connection to Nothingness so that you always have some Nothingness available out of which to create the next Possibility.
BEING A TRAINER MEANS 'BEING A SPACE'
Being a space is a strange sort of identity to have. It means you are replaceable. Anyone who can be a space can replace you.
Needing to 'be irreplaceable' would block you from being a space through which Bright Principles can do their work.
Most people think of themselves as their name ("I am Bob.") or their job description ("I am a programmer.") or their role in the family ("I am a mother") or how they measure up in some kind of comparison to standards set by external authorities ("I am too fat." "I am not smart enough." "I am prettier than she is.").
A Trainer looks at themselves in the mirror and perceives, "I am a space."
This makes amazing sense if you look at it in terms of relationship. For example, many people use the thoughtware that forces them to think things like:
"I have a relationship." Or, "I don't have a relationship."
"My relationship is working." Or, "My relationship is not working. It could be improved. If I work on my relationship it could get better."
"I got a new relationship." Or, "I lost my relationship."
"Our relationship is fixed." Or "Our relationship is broken."
Holding relationship as a thing that you can have or lose, that can be broken or worked on, gives relationship the same kind of 'thinginess' as a physical object.
But what if you regard relationship as a space?
Then in each moment you have a space - like a theater or a stage - a private place in which to create interactions that can feed and nuture you and the other. In that space you can create High Drama, healings, transformations, explorations, reinventions. You never know what could happen next in that shared space of Possibility that you are holding as your relationship.
Which way do you prefer? Having a thing? Or being a space?
Who gets to decide about this?
It may be the case that your empty space of Possibility gets filled with things like assumptions, expectations, resentments, stories, conclusions, hidden purposes, hidden competing commitments, incomplete emotions, etc. But you are a Trainer. You are not a Victim of this. How can you create Clarity, Love, Possibility or Transformation if the space is already filled with something else?
A Trainer can pull the rug out and take any space into breakdown. You may often be required to make Nothing out of something before you have the space to create something out of Nothing.
How does a Trainer create that Nothing? Through being prepared at any moment to elegantly subvert yourelf.
Through you dropping directly into Nothing you take everyone else in the space with you.
The Nothing can easily digest everything that is there, for example:
This does not mean that a Trainer goes around killing Zombies. How silly. Zombies are already dead.
Here we define a 'Zombie' as 'anyone who is not aware of the values of the gameworlds they play in'.
Think of it this way:
The Rule of Law of Western Civilization is exterminating life on Earth at the fastest possible rate.
Anyone following the Rule of Law of Western Civilization is criminally insane (in other words, a 'Zombie').
Anyone enforcing the Rule of Law of Western Civilization has already forfeited their own life.
Currently on planet Earth, there are a lot of gun-toting, degree-carrying, babtized, millionaire Zombies.
Being a Zombie Slayer means recognizing that the offers from most everyone you encounter most all time are Dead Offers, meaning, people are making you offers to join them in their habitual sleeping state.
"Let's go have a drink!"
"The Domocrats took the election!"
"The Dow Jones collapsed!"
"What's on TV tonight?"
"Johnny got such aweful grades!"
"Gasoline is so expensive!"
"The Phillies lost!"
"What terrible weather!"
These are example of Dead Offers that do not exit the sleeping-world of a person who is unaware of the values of the gameworlds they play in (the definition of a Zombie).
There are two things a Trainer needs to understand about this situation:
1. THE CONTEXT PROTECTS ITSELF
You do not have to defend the Context of Radical Responsibility, Transformation, Adulthood, Initiation, etc. even against the most vicious direct attack. The Context protects itself by default. Consciousness prevails. It cannot be otherwise. The harder an attacker hits the Tar Baby the more they get stuck in it. (If you do not understand this metaphor from the traditional American story of Brer Rabbit, here's a short video.)
2. YOU WILL NOT WIN A FIGHT WITH A ZOMBIE. In other words, IF YOU FIGHT A ZOMBIE YOU ALREADY LOST BECAUSE ALL THEY WANTED WAS TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND EAT YOUR LIFE ENERGY BY HAVING A FIGHT.
A standard working strategy to deal with Zombie offers is: Agree with the Zombie.
Regardless of what your Box or your (superior) Gremlin wants to say, just say, "Yes." Try this as an EXPERIMENT for a couple of months. Notice how much life energy you conserve.
Do not argue with a Zombie.
Then when someone sits across from you having paid for a Possibility Coaching session... Ahhhh... then you can ask the dangerous questions!
Then you can pull the rug out from under the belief system as far as the person can hold the groundlessness.
Then you can create the vacuum and see what emerges that has been causing them to make that particular Zombie offer to you.
A Trainer rests in the Radically Responsible Context.
BEING A TRAINER MEANS 'BEING A GLOBAL CITIZEN'
What is a 'global citizen'?
Finally we use a term that is rather well understood and recognized!
Using online definitions you find that a 'global citizen' is someone who is aware of and understands the wider world - and their place in it, often through having travelled outside of their birth culture and in diverse cultures.
Wider-perspective thoughtware empowers a Global Citizen to take an active role in their community, and work with others to become bridges to regenerative next cultures, to archearchy.
Global citizenship helps people to:
Build their own understanding of world events.
Think about their values and what's important to them.
Take learning into the real world.
Challenge ignorant and intolerant thoughtware.
Get involved in their local, national and global communities.
Develop an argument and voice their opinions.
See that they have power to act and influence the world around them.
What's more, global citizenship unleashes the necessity for people to use their archetypal feelings through their Real Voice.
The world is changing so fast that it needs you to make a positive difference - to help build a fairer, safer and more secure world for everyone.
Thinking it is proper to be a Trainer without being a Global Citizen is like thinking it is proper to try to convert ignorant aborigines to christianity.
BEING A TRAINER MEANS 'BEING NEITHER A LEADER NOR A FOLLOWER'
Modern culture typically offers you only one model for success: that of being a Leader.
Being a Leader is a win-lose game, a zero-sum game, a finite game, because in order for there to be a Leader there must be followers. Leadership forces followersheep. It is the Master / Slave game.
Without a thoughtware upgrade it can be difficult to imagine any other way to have success than by being a Master of Slaves.
There are other ways which become obvious the moment you adopt different values, such as Presence, Transformation, Creative Collaboration, Adulthood, the Evolution of Consciousness, or really good Shoo-Fly Pies, to name a few possibilities.
A Trainer is not a Leader. A Leader is not a Trainer. The context of Leader and the context of Trainer are mutually exclusive. They are born from Universes as different as heirarchies and circles.
Perhaps avoiding being a follower is even more challenging than avoiding being a Leader. We are so hammered into a survival context and we are so uninitiated that staying silent, not standing out, remaining invisible, not contributing our creative genius ("What? But I have no creative genius..."), not challenging anyone we project an authority image onto seems the safest route. It is actually the quickest route to doom, because ECCO depends on each one of us to contribute everything we can, to participate wholly, to play full out in each moment. Why else be born?

Nobody can take that step for you.
On the other hand, there has never before been a time in human history when Trainers are more needed in the world to help upgrade thoughtware and bridge people to regenerative next cultures, to archearchy.
Nobody can take that next step for you, and, nobody can stop you from taking that next step.
What are you going to do about that?

Experiment BTRAINER.01 : 'NEVER' PUT YOUR SWORD OF CLARITY AWAY
Write down the number of times each day that you put your Sword Of Clarity away until a week goes by and you never put it away. Here are some actions that indicate you have put your Sword Of Clarity away:
You get hooked into believing in someone else's story about you.
You get hooked into believing someone else's story about themselves.
You get hooked into believing your own story about you (negative OR positive!).
You give your center away.
You lose conscious control of where your attention goes.
You behave adaptively in any situation.
You speak unconsciously.
You stop observing yourself.
You listen to any of the voices in your head.
You feel an emotion (that is different from a feeling) and you do not write it down in your Beep! Book in your list of EMOTIONAL HEALING PROCESSES to do at your next earliest convenience.
You do not have your Possibility Stone in your pocket.
Do whatever it takes for you to become money, in other words, to become free of modern culture's money construct.
HERE IS THIS EXPERIMENT: Design a new construct for exchanging value and practice implementing it in your life. Discover how creating and moving into a new construct takes you out of your current construct, even the parts of your current construct that you were heretofore unaware were influencing your life and interactions.
Experiment BTRAINER.03 : MAKE RAPID LEARNING BY VACUUM YOUR FIRST APPROACH
Wherever you go, wherever you are, make a weekly SPARK Team or Possibility Team.
At each meeting and in your daily life make offers that transform your own world.
For example, scan the people in your global field of connections and reach out to reconnect and apologize to every person that is not in collaborative resonance with you. Your offer is for them to accept your apology and reconnect with you as you are now, a new person, one who has apologized.
Experiment BTRAINER.05: DISTINGUISH EMOTIONS IN OTHERS
There are 4 standard sources of emotions in a human being... perhaps also in other animals... perhaps also in aliens... at least the aliens from Star Wars...
When someone is hooked they either implode or explode emotionally. What they feel and the stories that go along with what they feel are emotions. This means that the emotional content of their experience has nothing to do with current reality. They are out of touch. They are powerless.
It is the Trainers job to notice emotional reactivity instantly, and, in no time, to shift from a 'conversation space' to an 'emotional healing' space.
The point being that if you are not detecting emotional reactions ongoingly in yourself through fierce unrelenting self-observation you won't be of any use as a Trainer for others...
The importance of self-observation and of making these experiential distinctions your new home cannot be over amplified, even if this means that your new home expansion is into the Underworld...
BUTTON - On the multifaceted surface of your Box (your psychological defense strategy, your belief system, your comfort zone, your ego identity, etc.) are Buttons. These are a feature of your Box designed to detect any possible incoming threats to your Box's current design. Why are they there? Because your Box has survived so far with its current design so it thinks that if it does not stay the same then it will not survivive - and it also thinks that if it does not stay the same then you will die. APPROACH: Provide clarity about Box Technology, Provide the experiential initiatory distinction between Box and Being, Provide two memetic upgrades: 1. That the Box can freak out and your Being does not have to, meaning the Box can change and you won't die. EXPERIMENT: Do new Box behaviors on purpose. 2. Rewire the memes so that Box expansion is adventurous, the opposite of boring, very entertaining, fulfilling, and High Level Fun.
HOOK - Hooks are thrown by other people's Gremlins at you (or by your Gremlin at other people's Gremlins). The purpose of throwing Hooks is to ignite a Low Drama Gremlin feeding frenzy. APPROACH: Your Purpose Sniffer works both directions, detecting your purpose and other people's purposes. Keep it on. Each offer made (by you or by another) is carried by its purpose. The creator of the offer is either conscious of its purpose (in which case it is about taking greater responsibility, and is called High Drama) or is unconscious of its purpose (in which case the offer is about blame, justification, revenge, etc, in other words, about avoiding responsibility, and it is called Low Drama). EXPERIMENT: Create practice sessions in your Possibility Team to consciously make High Drama and Low Drama offers so you can detect the difference and use your new experiential distinctions to better hold space and navigate space.
TRIGGER - A 'Trigger Phrase' is what a person says to themselves to open the 'café' door and invite in an energetic vampire demon to suck out their life energy for a few days or a few weeks. Afterwards, the depression and low energy state suddenly vanishes and you don't know where it came from or where it went. It happens again as soon as you use another Trigger Phrase. Why would you want to feed your precious life energy to a pointless vampire entity? Because long ago you got used to disempowering yourself this way so people could tolerate your existence and you did not get killed. Feeding your life energy to an energetic vampire entity may have saved your life back then. Now it has become a degrading habit. APPROACH: Nothing changes about this pattern, however, until you shift identity and become a Trigger Hunter. EXPERIMENT: Read SPARK 135 together which you can find at http://sparks.nextculture.org/en and after talking it over do the suggested EXPERIMENTS.
TRAUMA - Incompleted childhood traumas (or past-life traumas) can be easily reactivated when any present situation has some kind of similarity or resonance to the previous traumatic situation. When someone reacts to a male authority figure or projects onto a female who is feeling something, for example, they lose connection to the present and thereby become powerless to be on your Team. APPROACH: Call in a Possibility Coach or one of the Feelings Practitioners to provide an emotional healing process. Make sure that the healing work includes all three of these elements: 1. Understanding of the upgraded thoughtware and distinctions used. 2. A complete transformational healing process, with a beginning, a middle Liquid State, and a wrap up. 3. Practices for enhancing new behaviors. EXPERIMENT: Everyone in your Possibility Team practice the new skills together with the trauma-healed person to build matrix for their new future.
First identify each of these emotional reactions in your daily interactions. Try the suggested approaches. Do the proposed EXPERIMENTs. Admit to others which of the 4 emotional patterns are causing the emotions you are feeling whenever you are feeling emotions (which may be far more often than you would imagine.) Do the healing processes and practices with formidable commitment. We guarantee that you will eventually feel glad about this.
In the instant emotions arise either in you or in any other person in a conversation, maintain the wherewithall, the attentiveness, the daring-do-it-power to instantly end the current conversation space and shift to an emotional healing process space. This is what emotions are for! Each emotion is a precious doorway to an evolutionary Emotional Healing Process for the person experiencing the emotion.
A Trainer maintains a toolbox of Emotional Healing Processes to use as needed, almost every one of which starts with Rapid Learning By Vacuum.
One of the first and most necessarily repeated processes to do for each other - Trainers for other Trainers, as well as for clients - is to separate emotions. Make Unmixing Emotions your tofu-and-potatoes process. It transformationally liberates so many other possibilities when the emotions are unmixed.
Do not use Jakobs Ladder for Gremlin's purposes. Keep your Gremlin on a short leash - even if you give your Gremlin the job to ignite your Jakobs Ladder to go nonlinear because in that moment in that situation your Box cannot do it.
Experiment BTRAINER.13 : PRACTICE GOING TO AND STAYING AT THE EDGE - IN PUBLIC
It has been said that Transformation occurs in public, not in private, not in secret, not by being a hero in your own mind.
It has also been suggestion that Transformation can occur through being at the edge, standing at the edge, proving that there is an edge, inviting others to be with you at the edge where there are the two views, one view outwards and one view back inwards. Holding both views in the same place (in your Center) at the same time (NOW) creates a discomfort that builds matrix and can therefore be Transformational.
Here is the EXPERIMENT: Stand at the edge in public.
How can you arrange to be seen (witnessed in public) at the edge of:
What is seen (awareness)
What can be taken responsibility for
What has been discovered
How someone can create in the new territory (thoughtware limitations)
Your own Box
The local cultural Boxes
What is Possible in the next moment
What is acceptable
What is known
What comes next
One space and another space
Figure out specific ways to be at the edge of these in public (without getting arrested too often...) and then arrange to do that 2 or 3 times each week.

Are these clarifications and invitations valid?

What seems useful and important?

Write down 9 radical-but-real questions you have about the Trainer Path Steps that only the Trainer Guild could answer. For each of your 9 questions write out two helpful proposals. "We propose that..."
Then arrange a call with a minimum of 2 Possibility Management Lab Trainers.
Ask them your questions slowly one at a time and get real answers from them. Ask the same question 2 or 3 times to get past their habitual ways of thinking and speaking about these topics.
It could be that you have even more questions after the call than before.
Write your new questions down and arrange for a new call with 2 different Possibility Labe Trainers.
Continue this for 3 iterations at least once per year.
Experiment BTRAINER.16 : IMPROVE YOUR ABILITY TO GIVE THE TREASURE AWAY
You are sitting on a huge Treasure, perhaps the most valuable Treasure that can be, the Treasure of Clarity, Possibility, Love, and High Level Fun.
Finding others have this Treasure with you by living in the radically.responsible Context of Possibility Management might take you a while. One answer to the question of finding others is to give away more Treasure to them.
How good are you at giving away the Treasure? Could you become better at it? (Yes.)
What are your most effective ways to give the treasure away? What are your weakest ways to give the treasure away?
Write out 13 specific EXPERIMENTs can you do to improve your Treasure-giving skills either alone or with another Trainer together.
Do all 13. More than one time.
How can you meet with others for the purpose of supporting each other to become better at giving the Treasure away?
Do all the experiments at the Become Magic website.
Then don't stop exploring.
Be sure to bring in a small team of Sourcerer's Apprentices into your Trainer gameworld and give them everything so that you can replace yourself at your current level. Then ECCO can use you for the next thing...

Jacking-In... a story

Before I encountered the possibility of adulthood and the concept of going through archetypal initiatory processes, I mostly regarded myself as a strange human being overoccupied with too many considerations and questions for my friends and loved ones to bear. I had learned to mostly be quieter than I wanted to be. Unconsciously, I had discovered that I could be a little louder - and little crazier - when I and my friends were drunk. Then my degree of craziness would go unnoticed.
Eventually I dropped the social niceness show and hit the road. That is when I suddenly met the possibility that the world needed me to grow up. The things I discovered about what an adult human being could be, drastically exceeded my imaginings. My guess is that I am still at the beginning of this journey. It seems quite likely that my human soul is still mostly uncharted territory. I feel glad about this. Then I have something challenging to do for the rest of my life.
But I digress... At the beginning of this journey, I met a Man. I capitalize the word Man for a reason. He had learned, through dying many many times, the Possibility and the value of Being Nothing in the Presence of a Woman. This time, the woman just happened to be me. It was the first time that I experienced my Everythingness being well met. Not only were the archetypal parts of me seen, they were also held, and most of all, welcomed. Not being naive, I didn't let my guard down so easily. The Man had to work unfalteringly for more than two years before it occured that he was received by the Source. We would go to cafés and restaurants and he would sit there attentively with his book open, pen-in-hand, and through nonlinear possibility questions he would open doorway after doorway for my archetypal aspects to flow through - coincidentally in his general direction.
These were the best of times. Experiencing the electricity of being jacked-into an archetypal Source and downloading the Treasure to an unfillable receptacle is by far the most exhilarating adventure I had until then found. We filled up pages and pages of multiple 'Beep! Books' with ideas, distinctions, thoughtmaps, processes, adventures... each one a precious jewel.
Ahead of me, the Man became quickly unsatisfied that these jewels remained encoded as ink on paper stored away in his beltpouch. He wanted to share these Treasures with the world. But I didn't care! I just wanted to be The Source through which these Treasures popped into the world again and again. Back then, I only thought I could access this Archetypal flow if this Man was holding a vast and empty space into which the Source could speak.
This Man became more and more obsessed with completing a promise that he had made (he later explained to me). The promise was that if the Bright Brinciple of Clarity gave him everything - the full download - he would give the Treasure away to a million people.
From inside the doorway, the requests from the Man became less insistent in my direction and more imperative in his own direction. As the pressures of unused abundance built up inside of me I went through six months of deep Liquid States, not knowing what to do with the nearly overwhelming sensations. I was back to being left to my own devices, but now the devices moved according to their own intentions.
Slowly, I admitted my own discomforts enough to myself to take the Man's oft-repeated advice to write. It did not matter exactly what, he said. Film scripts, articles, blog-posts, poems... My writing started out painfully, not even close to the ecstasy of having my Feminine Universe pulled through me by the magnetism of his Masculine Necessity.
I had heard talk of the process of Jacking-In to one's Archetypal Lineage. I rejected the idea outright. For starters, I didn't believe that I had any contact with my Archetypal Lineage, not being able to write or speak without an avid listener. The whole 'Archetypal Lineage' idea seemed like esoteric wishful thinking. Being professionally trained as a lawyer, this was definitely not my cup of tea.
Then one day the Man made this Woman an Offer. He said, "Let's arrange a four-month-long writing-creation retreat for us next year." I will let you imagine how not-exciting that sounded to me at the time... The pot inside me was boiling...
We were on day four of delivering a five-day Possibility Village Lab in Mallorca, October 2018. Gradually a transformational space had opened up that felt more profoundly safe than any I had previously experienced. The entire Team of participants felt bonded and was functioning smoothly as one organism. The evening session opened up and suddenly so did my mouth. Words flowed across my tongue that I would have bet everything could never have been formulated by this Being. Before I could stop myself with reasonableness I blurted out: "I think it is time that I jack-In to my Archetypal Lineage".
I had no idea where my change of mind had come from. Luckily I had had enough experience in mind-changing that I did not question it. What was the point?
The space automatically re-arranged itself. Chairs moved into a tight circle around one single empty chair in the center. I had my Center, my Grounding Cord, my Bubble, my Sword of Clarity to hand... and moved into that empty chair. The process began.
In the end, the operation was successful. (Later I learned that not so many of these Jack-In processes are.) I jacked-Into my Archetypal Lineage surrounded by a circle of twenty-plus Edgeworkers who had been working their butts-off for four days to expand their consciousness. Nothing I can really tell you can prepare you for this experience. In my case, I felt so supported, so loved and carried by the tribe that I could even say they caused it to happen. I could trust their trust of me. I could radically rely on their radical reliance on me.
I guess I expected myself to be entirely different the next day. I expected to feel more awakened. I expected to experience some sort of electricity jolting its way through my body. I definitely expected SOMETHING to be different. But... it wasn't. I am not saying that it is like this for others. I have heard so many different stories about initiatory processes that it is not realistic to imagine any guidelines about how they should go.
About a month later... I started noticing that I would begin talking in a conversation before this Man asked me a question. I would talk with people before they explained what our meeting was about. Messages built up in me and just had to come out. I would keep talking for fifteen minutes, even half-an-hour, without tiring or being afraid that I was bothering anybody. This was shocking to me. But it was so transparent now that if someone was not being fed by listening they could go somewhere else or hang up the phone. I no longer had that self-preservation force wanting to keep me shut up and waiting.
Yesterday this Man and I were co-creating an online transformational learning platform, talking and typing as fast as we could to document the ideas, processes, and powerful distinctions flowing through us. Suddenly I felt rage. The rage did not stop me or block the flow. Instead this rage became compelling. The rage added fierceness to my creation ecstasy. This rage demanded me to ask myself at my deepest core: "What is the point of you having all these cool ideas if no one is going to use them to create something different in their lives for themselves and for others? It is utterly pointless if only YOU get to have ecstasy but not other people! Those things are not for you. You cannot even make use of them all. They are for everyone! Are you ready to give them away to everyone?"
The answer was, "Yes. I am ready." With this rage aliveness in me I no longer need one person in front of me asking questions for the Source to open up. Everybody around me is already hungry and waiting for new clarity and possibilities. The Source (AKA my 'Archetypal Lineage') has its own initiative to give people what they need and can use.
This was the whole point of preparing myself for so long and finally Jacking-In: to share the Treasures as wide and large as I can. Keeping the ecstasy and the discoveries for myself is not part of the deal anymore. Before I thought the jewels were for me. Now this fiercely ecstatic dragon is alive in me and won't stop giving the treasure away to the world!
No one could have prepared me for this. All I'm saying is, this could happen to you.
